SAIB’s Joyful Participation in His Majesty’s Birthday Celebrations

The Sikh Association in Brunei (SAIB) was deeply honoured and humbled to be part of the birthday celebrations of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam.

For our community, this was not only a celebration of our beloved monarch, but also a moment to express our gratitude to this peaceful nation we proudly call home. The day was filled with joy, colour, and togetherness — a true reflection of Brunei’s harmony under His Majesty’s wise and caring leadership.

SAIB members were proud to stand side by side with other communities, sharing in the festive atmosphere. The warmth of the occasion reminded us of the values we hold dear — respect, service, and unity — values that align beautifully with both Sikh teachings and Brunei’s national spirit.
